RIGHTS OF THE ARTIST AND THE CLIENT / DERECHOS DEL ARTISTA Y DEL CLIENTE

Artist / Artista

-I have the rights to each piece produced, (unless the client pays for commercial use). I can add the product to my social networks as an example of my commissions, but not resell it in any possible way. I also have the right to refuse the commission.
-Tengo los derechos de cada pieza producida, (a menos que el cliente pague por el uso comercial). Puedo añadir el producto a mis redes sociales como ejemplo de mis encargos, pero no revenderlo de ninguna manera posible. También tengo derecho a rechazar el encargo.

Customer / Cliente

-The client has the right to use the product personally, so no profit can be made from the product without having paid the commercial rights: resell it, use it in merchandising, etc.
-If the artist resells or commercially uses the final product, the customer has the right to request a full refund.
-If the client uses the piece commercially without proper rights, the artist will blacklist the client.
-The client is entitled to three corrections at each stage of the drawing: sketch, lineart, base colors and full color.-El cliente tiene derecho a utilizar el producto personalmente, por lo que no puede obtener ningún beneficio del producto sin haber pagado los derechos comerciales: revenderlo, utilizarlo en merchandising, etc.
-Si el artista revende o utiliza comercialmente el producto final, el cliente tiene derecho a solicitar el reembolso íntegro.
-Si el cliente utiliza la pieza comercialmente sin los derechos adecuados, el artista incluirá al cliente en una lista negra.
-El cliente tiene derecho a tres correcciones en cada fase del dibujo: boceto, lineart, colores base y a todo color.

PAYMENTS / PAGOS

-Payment is in USD, in advance through paypal, I also accept Discord nitro (if you are from mexico it can be through transfer). If you want to use the product for commercial purposes, you will be charged an additional 50% or 70% of the original cost of the product.-El pago es en USD, por adelantado a través de paypal, también acepto Discord nitro ( si eres de mexico puede ser atraves de transferencia) . Si desea utilizar el producto con fines comerciales, se le cobrará un adicional del 50% o 70% del costo original del producto.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS / DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

-The product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless an additional 50% or 70% (depending on the product) over the original cost is paid. There are also some products that already have commercial rights without paying extra costs.
If the client decides to pay for the commercial rights to the work, they may use it in any media they wishes, whenever they wishes (except for using it for NFTS or artificial intelligence applications, please).-El producto es SÓLO PARA USO PERSONAL, a menos que se pague un 50% o 70% adicional (dependiendo del producto) sobre el coste original. También hay algunos productos que ya tienen derechos comerciales sin pagar costes adicionales.
Si el cliente decide pagar por los derechos comerciales de la obra, podrá utilizarla en cualquier medio que desee, siempre que lo desee (excepto utilizarla para NFTS o aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial, por favor).

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY TIME / PLAZOS Y TIEMPO DE ENTREGA

-Final delivery ranges from 1-7 weeks depending on the complexity of the order and my availability (although not usually more than 3 weeks).
-If you are in a hurry with the delivery of your order you can indicate it to give it priority, however, a delivery on a specific date has an additional cost of $10 USD.
-The final work is sent in high quality.-La entrega final oscila entre 1 y 7 semanas dependiendo de la complejidad del pedido y mi disponibilidad (aunque no suele superar las 3 semanas).
-Si tienes prisa con la entrega de tu pedido puedes indicarlo para darle prioridad, sin embargo, una entrega en una fecha concreta tiene un coste adicional de $10 USD.
-El trabajo final se envía en alta calidad.

REFUNDS / REEMBOLSOS

-Full returns will only be accepted once the client has seen the first sketch and decides not to proceed with the project. Once the final product is delivered, no returns will be accepted.-Sólo se aceptarán devoluciones una vez que el cliente haya visto el primer boceto y decida no continuar con el proyecto. Una vez entregado el producto final, no se aceptarán devoluciones.

COMMUNICATION / COMUNICACIÓN

-We can communicate mainly by instagram, discord or twitter! please be sure to indicate that you are a customer or need a quote.-Podemos comunicarnos principalmente por instagram, discord o twitter! por favor asegúrese de indicar que es un cliente o necesita un presupuesto.
